  4. Canonical tag: This helps tell the search engine about the master page or which URL or page is the main or the best version among the duplicate pages.

How to write effective meta tags? 

Here are some tips for writing some effective meta tags for your webpage:

  1. Meta title: Keep the title simple and catchy. It helps the search engine understand the page and also attracts people to come to your page. Use positive and powerful words like best, beginner's guide, ultimate, etc. Keep the word count under 60 characters of 92px.

  2. Meta description: keep the description conventional and simple. Include relevant information about your webpage content. For example, you can give information about what the webpage content is all about, why you should read this content, etc. Include the primary keyword and keep the description length under 160 - 175 characters.

  3. Canonical tag: <link rel="canonical" href="YOUR WEB PAGE URL" />. Put this code in the head section of your pa
